Programme

It will be a lot of squash, technique, tactics, and outdoor exercises, but even time for swimming and other activities, if the weathers good. The camp is a kick start of the upcoming season and all participants will receive training tips to take back home. There will be one coach per max 8 players – in addition we will have guest players that will help out with match play and sparring. There will be intense and fun days.
